我希望收到所有BusinessPartners的列表，其中包括CashDiscount行的所有行。

我只能获取BusinessPartner/PaymentTermsTypes/CashDiscounts

现在，我想获得CashDiscounts/DiscountLines，因为我不需要为NumOfDays减少折扣

示例：
NumOfDays = 10，折扣= 3
NumOfDays = 20，折扣= 1,5
